The help from SwitzerlandAlready during the war the Swiss relief efforts began to set up. This help was prevented however by the German administration (Deutsche Reichsbehörden) in Vienna. First after the war generous donations arrived after Vienna. The umbrella organization "Swiss Donation (Schweizer Spende)" (Don Suisse) stood at the top of the Swiss relief organization. The boss of this organization was Rodolfo Olgiati. The means of this "Swiss Donation (Schweizer Spende)" were brought up through public collections and through the Swiss federal government. Besides this "Swiss Donation (Schweizer Spende)" were in Vienna still seven other Swiss relief organizations active, and of course

The transports as well as the distribution of foreign donations took over the international red cross from outside of the Switzerland. The Viennese delegation became conducted from Hr.WalterFüllemann and from July 1946 from Dr.M.Moser.
