Cure in England
200 undernourished children could be housed at English families. Tuberculosis
(TBC) was spread after the war in Vienna, in the British zone each tuberculosis
- patient received 5 food-packets with a weight of 5 kg each. 16.863 packages
were distributed. Sacrifices of the Nazi-regime and diabetic children were
supported as well as old and needy Viennese by the British red cross and private
individuals and smaller organizations.
